This is a hypocritical propagandizer who somehow managed to choke back the tears long enough to make humorous remarks prior to both his Ft. Hood and extra-constitutional executive gun control speeches.  Immediately after which, in the case of Ft. Hood, he hit the links, and following his East Room remarks, proceeded to free more terrorists imprisoned at Gitmo.
