First up, every now and then a story comes along which is simply staggering in its implications:
“Last week, reports of extensive human trafficking rings stunned residents of Rotherham, England. An estimated 1,400 girls were groomed, abused, and raped between 1997 and 2013 by gangs of mostly Pakistani men. Some of the horrific reports of abuse include stories of being gang raped and doused with gasoline. Perhaps equally troubling are reports that the abuse was uncovered in 2001—and instead of being addressed by police and appropriate authorities, the whistleblower was instead sent to diversity training after she revealed the ethnicity of the rapists in her report.
The Telegraph reports:
A researcher who raised the alarm over the sexual abuse of teenage girls in Rotherhammore than a decade ago was sent on a ‘ethnicity and diversity course’ by child protection bosses who refused to act on her evidence. The researcher, who was seconded to Rotherham council by the Home Office, was told she must “never, ever” again refer to the fact that the abusers were predominantly Asian men.
Speaking to the BBC’s Panorama programme under the condition of anonymity, the researcher said that she identified more 270 victims of trafficking and underage prostitution by mainly Muslim gangs in Rotherham. But, despite being sent to Rotherham Council, the report – based on interviews with underage girls seeking help from the council’s anti-child prostitution project, called Risky Business – was never published.
Indeed, the council tried unsuccessfully to sack the researcher after she resisted pressure to change her findings…“
We initially wondered how anyone, ANYone, could willingly participate in such a craven cover-up. But then we thought back to the detestable declaration from the putridly pusillanimous General George Casey in response to the Islamic terror attack at Ft. Hood…

“A new report puts the price of educating the thousands of illegal immigrant children who recently crossed into the U.S. at a whopping $761 million this school year — as some school systems push for the feds to pick up the tab. The estimate comes from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), which issued a report on the 37,000 “unaccompanied minors” – who mainly are from Central America – after analyzing data from the Department of Health and Human Services and education funding formulas in all 50 states.
The numbers underscore the concerns critics have raised for months about the burden the surge is putting on local school systems and governments. “We’re not doing American students any favors by dumping in tens of thousands of additional illegal alien children,” FAIR’s Bob Dane told Fox News.

Two thoughts: first, this reminds us of a scene from High Plains Drifter when The Stranger has ordered all the guests out of the only hotel in town, and The Preacher approaches him to indignantly protest:
Preacher: See here, you can’t turn all these people out into the night. It is inhuman, brother. Inhuman!
The Stranger: I‘m not your brother.
Preacher: We are all brothers in the eyes of God.
The Stranger: All these people, are they your sisters and brothers?

At which point, the Preacher turns to the hotel guests he briefly championed and says:
Preacher: Friends, don’t worry; we shall find haven for you in our own homes…and it won’t cost you one cent more than regular hotel rates.
Second, anyone with the slightest bit of real interest in seeing any American, regardless of color, given the opportunity to lift themselves from poverty who votes Dimocratic is either stunningly hypocritical or an utter idiot.
Not to mention there couldn’t be a worse time to add any unnecessary education expenditures:

Obama Admin Refusing to Tell Congress Where Illegal Children Went
Wednesday on Newsmax TV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,” former CBS News correspondent Sharyl Attkisson said the Obama administration is refusing to tell Congress where the ten of thousands of unaccompanied minors who crossed the U.S.-Mexican Border this summer were sent after they were processed though holding centers along the border.
Attkisson said the Obama administration seems to be intentionally stonewalling by not answering letters from members of Congress or reporters questions. She added the only recourse is a FIOA lawsuit that will take years to go though the system.
And as this next item details, Attkisson ain’t exaggerating:

“Seventeen-year-old Cristian stepped through the swinging wooden door separating the crowded waiting area from the judge’s bench, straightening his slightly-too-big dress shirt as he slid behind the defendant’s desk. As his lawyer took the seat beside him, Cristian slipped on the court-provided headphones so he could hear the Spanish-speaking translator as his lawyer began to speak.
After a few pleasantries, Cristian’s lawyer told Immigration Judge John M. Bryant that his client conceded to the charge of being an undocumented alien in the United States and was subject to potential removal. Cristian wanted to plead for asylum for “protection from torture,” and “declined to state his country of removal at this time,” the lawyer added.
Within a minute, Bryant had accepted the plea and scheduled a hearing in which the court will determine if Cristian is eligible to receive asylum. The date was set for June 11, 2018.
“Are you available that day?” Bryant jokingly asked the lawyer. “I don’t have my 2018 calendar in front of me, but yes, I believe so,” the lawyer responded. “Okay, good. Have a good school year,” Bryant told Cristian. “I’ll see you in a few years, okay?”…”
All kidding aside, the judge and the attorney should both be shot…okay, disbarred…and young Cristian returned forthwith to his country of origin…or anywhere else in Central America.

…“Right away, there was a banana in the door,” said North Plainfield football player J.T. Valley. “And we told our coach, we’re like, ‘Coach, there’s a banana in there.’ So we took the banana, and then all of a sudden, they put another one. And we took the banana out, and there was another one in there. And they kept on putting them in there.”
The North Plainfield players said they were so traumatized that their coach had to console them. “There’s a few tears shed in the locker room,” Valley said…“
Seriously? No, SERIOUSLY?!? When we were a Plebe at Navy, we played Washington & Lee in the quater-finals of the NCAA lacrosse tournament at W&L in May of ’74. We were going in on rides and playing long-stick midfield, and when we came off the field between runs we were pelted by dead fish and called “baby-killers” by certain female fans of the home team. We cannot recall needing either consolation or a hankie; then again, neither did we get any phone numbers. 😉
