Leading off the last edition of what we hope and pray is the last week America will have to tolerate the “transformational” talents of The Dear Misleader, two videos forwarded by Bill Meisen which demonstrate when it comes to any thing The Obamao has to say anymore, you can depend on one thing: you’ve heard it before!

Cutting red tape….cutting red tape….now where have we heard that before?

Remind us; how’d that exercise in eliminating useless government bureaucracy turn out?!?  And yes, as we mentioned on our home page at www.thedailygouge.com, we too wonder why Mitt Romney hasn’t already incorporated this blatant B.S. into a campaign ad.

In another Hurricane Sandy-related item, it’s the “Et Tu, Fatman?” segment, as the Christian Science Monitor asks:

If Obama wins, how much credit goes to Chris Christie?

The New Jersey governor has praised President Obama’s handling of hurricane Sandy. Some Republicans wonder if Chris Christie’s own presidential ambitions have, once again, undercut Mitt Romney.

We know why Christie did it, but frankly, we don’t care; because regardless of his intent, and we’ve no doubt it was purely selfish, if Obama wins a second term it won’t matter who the Republican nominee is in 2016.  The die will have been cast, the tipping point passed, and all any future President will be able to do is oversee America’s inevitable Greecification

Christie will still be, if you’ll pardon the phrase, fat, dumb and happy, while the rest of us pay the price for him putting personal politics above the survival of the Republic.  Christie’s Obamass-kissing may have won him another term as Governor of New Jersey, but he’ll never win our trust….let alone our vote. 

Next up, in the spirit of bipartisanship, we offer two Money Quotes, each detailing observations on the two candidate for President.  First, Peggy Noonan on B. Hussein….

“….Why did the president make such mistakes? Why did he make decisions that seemed so unknowing, and not only in retrospect?

Because he had so much confidence, he thought whatever he did would work. He thought he had “a gift,” as he is said to have told Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. And—oddly—he didn’t seem to notice. It is one thing to think you’re Lebron. Its another thing to keep missing the basket and losing games and still think you’re Lebron.“

….followed by the WSJ‘s hopes for Mitt Romney:

“….Mr. Romney has promised a new era of partisan comity, which may be his most unrealistic promise. Most Democrats are in denial and honestly believe that the government status quo can continue simply by raising taxes on “the rich.” Perhaps Mr. Romney’s slide decks and persuasion can disabuse them of this illusion; he should try and no doubt he will. But one challenge of his Presidency would be judging when his attempts at compromise go too far and undermine the ability of his reforms to succeed.

On that note, our major question concerns Mr. Romney’s political character. His history of ideological reinvention and Bay State governance suggests he might bend or concede too much. Our hope for a President Romney would be that he has come to recognize how profound our troubles are and what it will take to solve them.“

To which we can only add our heartiest “Amen”!

Meanwhile, as Tales From the Darkside tells us, it appears Jeremiah Wright isn’t the only racist preacher who’s shared a long-standing relationship with The Great Divider:

Pastor and Obama Ally: All Whites Are Going to Hell

It appears as though Jeremiah Wright isn’t the only unhinged, race-hustling pastor in our president’s rolodex.  Rev. Joseph Lowery, who delivered the benediction at Obama’s 2009 inauguration, says he believes all white people are going to hell:

The Rev. Joseph Lowery, a patriarch of the civil rights movement and close ally of the president, said at a weekend rally in central Georgia that the “level and hatred and bitterness” borne of this election had made him a believer that whites were going to hell. Lowery said, according to the Monroe County Reporter, it was the same belief he held at the height of the civil rights movement. Eventually he mellowed, believing that not all whites, rather only “most,” would get their brimstone comeuppance. “Now,” the local newsweekly reported, “he is back to where he was.”

Lawdy, Whitey only gonna come one way: well-done!

Lowery also opined that he’s mystified by any black person who would not vote for Obama, using a racial slur to punctuate his point:

He also said he could not imagine any African American not voting for the president’s reelection. “I don’t know what kind of ni**er wouldn’t vote with a black man running,” the frail 91-year-old said, according to the paper. “Nobody intelligent would risk this country with Romney.” 

On the other hand, he’s right about at least three Whiteys we know:

As cities along the Eastern Seaboard begin cleaning up Sandy’s wreckage one group seems happy about the damage. Occupy Wall Street’s official Twitter account posted these tweets Tuesday:

“No subways. No electricity. No chains.” “Go outside. Meet your neighbors. Talk. Share a meal. When capitalism retreats our communities flourish.” “As capitalism halts, we experience ‘an exceptional period of mutual support and common care.‘“

Yeah….you know….

And in the Environmental Moment, Conn Carroll, writing at the Morning Examiner, offers the latest evidence The Obamao’s entire green energy initiative is just one big wealth transfer….but not in the direction he pretends to favor:

Democrats get elected, insiders get cash, Americans get nothing

You, in the back.  What?  No way of ever making a profit, but you have a six-figure campaign contribution?  How much you need?!?

Outside of higher taxes on everyone, we don’t know a lot about what President Obama’s second term agenda would look like. But we do know this: it would mean a lot more taxpayer investments in green energy companies. Campaigning in Florida earlier this year, Obama told supporters he would “double-down on a clean energy industry that’s never been more promising.” Never mind that almost 50 energy companies Obama has already wasted tax payer dollars on are either faltering or already bankrupt.

So if Obama’s energy investments aren’t producing any new viable green energy companies, then what are they doing? Electing Democrats for one. Emails released yesterday by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee show that Obama was personally involved in approving two Department of Energy loans that went to Nevada companies in order to help Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., win his 2010 reelection campaign.

“Reid may be desperate,” DOE Loan Program Office Senior Credit Advisor Jim McCrea wrote in 2010, “WH may want to help. Short term considerations may be more important than longer term considerations and what’s a billion anyhow?” Yes, what is a billion dollars in other people’s money anyhow?

And when Obama energy money isn’t trying to elect Democrats it is enriching liberal corporate insiders. A Washington Examiner analysis of SEC filings from the 15 publicly traded green energy companies that received federal stimulus subsidies shows that the officers and directors of these firms extracted $63.9 million in stock gains after Obama gave these companies more than $700 million in direct taxpayer grants. The stocks of these 15 publicly traded green energy companies have plummeted almost 80 percent since Obama invested in them and many of them are either in bankruptcy or on their way there.

If Obama wins reelection next Tuesday, there is nothing stopping him from using taxpayer dollars to elect Democrats and enrich his liberal allied for another four years.

College Allows Transgender Man to Expose Himself to Young Girls

A Washington college said their non-discrimination policy prevents them from stopping a transgender man from exposing himself to young girls inside a women’s locker room, according to a group of concerned parents. “Little girls should not be exposed to naked men, period,” said David Hacker, senior legal counsel with the Alliance Defending Freedom. A group of concerned parents contacted the legal firm for help.

Hacker said a 45-year-old male student, who dresses as a woman and goes by the name Colleen Francis, undressed and exposed his genitals on several occasions inside the woman’s locker room at Evergreen State College. Students from nearby Olympia High School as well as children at a local swimming club share locker rooms with the college.

According to a police report, the mother of a 17-year-old girl complained after her daughter saw the transgender individual walking naked in the locker room. A female swim coach confronted the man sprawled out in a sauna exposing himself. She ordered him to leave and called police. The coach later apologized when she discovered the man was transgendered but explained there were girls using the facility as young as six years old who weren’t used to seeing male genitals. (Excuse us; not “used” to seeing male genitals?!?  How about shouldn’t be exposed to male genitals!!!)

“They’re uncomfortable with him being in there, her, being in there and are shocked by it,” parent Kristi Holterman told KIRO-TV. (No, it’s “him”, not “her”!) According to the police report, the local district attorney probably will not pursue charges because he said the “criminal law is very vague in this area.” (Charges against who; the coach or the flasher?)

Francis told KIRO-TV that he was born a man but chose to live as a woman in 2009. Francis said he felt discriminated against after he was told told leave. “This is not 1959 Alabama,” Francis told the television station. (Wrong again, mooseface; were this 1959 anywhere in the country you’re face would now be on a milk carton.)  “We don’t call police for drinking from the wrong water fountain.”

Hacker and local parents are outraged over the college’s response to the incident. “The idea that the college and the local district attorney will not act to protect young girls is appalling,” he said. “What Americans are seeing here is the poisoned fruit of so-called ‘non-discrimination’ laws and policies.” Placing this man’s proclivities ahead of protecting little girls is beyond unacceptable, Hacker said. (Right on both points!)

A spokesman for the college did not return calls seeking comment.

FYI, “Catholic Joe” Biden, the guy who come November 20th will have lived without a brain for 70 years, recently termed transgender discrimination the “civil rights issue of our time.”
